Refund & Return Policy

Because every piece of gear is custom-printed specifically for you when you order, we do not accept general returns or size exchanges for standard change-of-mind outside of statutory legal rights. Please check our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

To start a support claim or check on an issue, you can always contact us with our contact form on the website header.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Do not mail the item back for defects. Simply use our contact form on the website header with a clear photo of the issue and your Order Number within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement to be printed and shipped out to you immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
We cannot accept returns on sale items or digital gift cards.

UK & European Union Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your merchandise is being shipped to a customer in the UK or the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. 

To be eligible for a statutory return, items must not have been worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try them on (similar to trying clothes on in a physical shop). We reserve the right to deduct from your refund value if items are returned damaged or heavily used. 

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. To initiate a statutory return and receive the exact return address for our UK processing hub, please use our contact form on the website header with your order details.

Refunds 
For approved order cancellations or successful statutory returns, we will notify you once your issue is processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
